RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 1 , 041 . 98
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
COLIN SHILLINGLAW , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE
OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 30th day of November, 1981 , Colin
Shillinglaw will retire as an employee of the Fire Department in
the City of Waterloo , Iowa ; and
WHEREAS , Colin Shillinglaw has earned and is entitled to 2
3/4 weeks vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Colin Shillinglaw be paid the total sum of $1 , 041 . 98
being payment in full for above mentioned earned vacation pay , and
that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized ,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Colin Shillinglaw.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 21st day of
December , 1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of December ,
1981 .
