RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE STATE OF IOWA,
AND THE GREATER CEDAR VALLEY ALLIANCE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated February 8, 2010, for
the purpose of assistance through the Iowa Great Places Program,
by and between the State of Iowa, the Greater Cedar Valley
Alliance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 2010.
