RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT NO . 6 WITH BRICE , PETRIDES , &
ASSOCIATES , INC . AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
the Supplemental Agreement No . 6 dated December 21 , 1981 , for
engineering services for Hackett Road ByPass , by and between
Brice , Petrides & Associates , Inc. of Waterloo , Iowa , and the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 21st day of December , 1982.
