RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH
NORTHEAST IOWA EMERGENCY SERVICES
ASSOCIATION , INC . OF CHARLES CITY ,
IOWA FOR PURCHASE OF THREE ( 3)
LIFEPAK 5 PORTABLE MONITOR
DEFIBRILLATORS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
the Contract dated December 21 , 1981 , for purchase of three ( 3)
LIFEPAK 5 portable monitor defibrillators , by and between
Northeast Iowa Emergency Services Associations , Inc . of Charles
City , Iowa , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 21st day of December , 1981 .
