RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF
COMPLETION AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE AS TO
WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY
CEDAR FALLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ,
SECTIONS 1 & 2 ; SEE ELECTRIC , INC .
SECTIONS 3 & 4 FOR UDAG PROJECT
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS , PHASE I ,
SECTIONS 1 , 2 , 3 , & 4, CONTRACT NO .
175 AND CERTIFYING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK .
WHEREAS , Cedar Falls Construction Company and See Electric ,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa have under contract with the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , furnished certain materials and performed labor in
connection with UDAG Project Public Improvements , Phase I ,
Sections 1 , 2 , 3 , & 4 , Contract No. 175 , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , and
WHEREAS , the completion report of the City Engineer for the
work performed and materials furnished by the said contractors
under said contract is $ 1 , 632 , 715 . 98 , and
WHEREAS , under the terms of said contract said contractors ,
Cedar Falls Construction Company and See Electric , Inc . are to be
paid 95% of the monthly estimates as furnished by the Engineers
for the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That the report of the Engineers be approved, said contractors ,
Cedar Falls Construction Company and See Electric , Inc . be paid
the sum of $15 , 660 . 59 - Section 1 ; $28 , 406. 98 - Section 2 ;
$1 , 225 . 59 - Section 3 and the same be delivered to the said Cedar
Falls Construction Company and See Electric , Inc.
