RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RESIDENCY
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMERGENCY PERSONNEL .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that all emergency employees , classified as such , be at their
location of duty within thirty ( 30) minutes after being contacted
to react to an emergency situation , be and the same hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any violation of the 30 minute
rule be dealt with by the department head in accordance with the
employee ' s bargaining agreement .
