RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON
VACATION AND CONVEYANCE OF PORTION OF
W. PARK AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY ( EXCESS )
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN CEDAR STREET
AND CEDAR RIVER FOR EXPANSION OF YMCA.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P .M. on the llth day of January , 1982, for
the purpose of considering vacation and conveyance of portion of
W. Park Avenue right-of-way (excess ) generally located between
Cedar Street and Cedar River for expansion of YMCA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of December, 1981 .
