RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONS
ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT FROM THE RANK
OF CAPTAIN TO THE RANK OF DIVISION CHIEF
OF THE WATERLOO FIRE DEPARTMENT .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the following persons be eligible for appointment from the rank of
Captain to the rank of Division Chief to the Waterloo Fire
Department for the next two years (December 10 , 1981 to December
10 , 1983) :
Frank L . Magsamen
Laverne E . Cutsforth
Dennis L . Moore
Melvin R . Cook
Thomas J . Shepherd
Robert Rohle
Passed and adopted this 14th day of December , 1981 .
