BOND OF BREMCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
OF WAVERLY FOR THE F. Y . 1982
PINEHURST DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ,
SCHEDULE I IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , BEING CONTRACT NO . 228.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the contract of Bremco Construction Company of Waverly , Iowa
for the F . Y. 1982 Pinehurst Drainage Improvements , Schedule I in
the City of Waterloo , Iowa , signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 14th day
of December, 1981 , together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire &
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids , Iowa , as surety thereon , be , and
the same are hereby , approved.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 190 .
