PARKER STREET , JUST EAST OF VIRDEN CREEK AS DECEMBER 28 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 28th day of December, 1981 for the purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of property legally described as Lot 11 , Blk . 4 , Manson ' s 4th Add. , City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , generally located along E. Parker Street , just east of Virden Creek with minimum bid of $600 . 00, now, therefore , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official County Record.
