VERBRAKEN WITH COST TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST SAID PREMISES . WHEREAS , notice had been served upon Paul G . Verbraken , owner of 1714 Locke Avenue, Waterloo , Iowa , requesting the removal of Diseased Dutch Elm Tree on said premises , and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 7 , 1981 , as prescribed by Section 35 . 1 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances , by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa. on the removal of Diseased Dutch Elm Tree on the premises at 1714 Locke Avenue owned by Paul G . Verbraken and described as : Lot 162 , Pleasant View Addition , City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa now, therefore , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that the Diseased Dutch Elm Tree on the premises at 1714 Locke Avenue owned by Paul G .
