RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON
PROPOSAL TO REMOVE A DUTCH ELM DISEASED
TREE AND LEVY ASSESSMENTS AT 1714 LOCKE
AVENUE AS DECEMBER 7 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00 P.M.
IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 7th day of December, 1981 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to remove a
Dutch Elm Diseased Tree and levy assessments at 1714 Locke Avenue ,
owned by Paul G. Verbraken , described as follows :
Lot 162 , Pleasant View Addition
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of November, 1981 .
