A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
LAWSUIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS 614
WASHINGTON STREET .
WHEREAS , the property described herein is in violation of
the 1976 Uniform Building Code , and in violation of Fire
Prevention Code , and
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that the City Attorney be instructed to
file a lawsuit and take any other further action that may be
necessary.
The legal description of said parcel is as follows :
Original plat Waterloo West Lot 3 , Block 31 ,
Waterloo , Black Hawk County .
Passed and adopted by the City Council this 23rd day of
November , 1981 and approved by the Mayor this 25th day of
November , 1981 .
