RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
BREMCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY , OF
WAVERLY , IOWA FOR F. Y . 1982 PINEHURST
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS , SCHEDULE I ,
CONTRACT NO. 228 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$ 15 , 951 . 12 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA:
That the bid of Bremco Construction Company of Waverly ,
Iowa , in the amount of $15 , 951 . 12, for the construction of the
Waterloo , Iowa , F . Y . 1982 Pinehurst Drainage Improvements ,
Schedule I , (Contract No . 228) , described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project , after public hearing on published notice required by law,
be and is hereby accepted , the same being the lowest bid received
for said work .
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements , said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
Passed and approved , this 23rd day of November, 1981 .
