RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF
MITCHELL AVENUE ALONG LOWELL AVENUE IN
RIVERVIEW ADDITION AS DECEMBER 14 , 1981 ,
AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P .M. on the 14th day of December , 1981 for
the purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of property
legally described as Lots A and 5-9, Block 112, Riverview
Addition , City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa , generally
located south of Mitchell Avenue along Lowell Avenue with minimum
bid of $1 , 500. 00 , now , therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of November , 1981 .
