NOTE FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
that the contracts and promissory note
for the Disaster Recovery Business Rental
the following businesses:
Heal The Family, Inc., 215 E. 4th Street
Edo's Sports Bar, LC., 110 E. 11th Street
Diamond Bar, Inc., 313 W. 5th Street
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
dated February 8, 2010,
Assistance Program with
$15,000.00
$12,600.00
$16,800.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 2010.
