RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REINSTATEMENT
OF CONDITIONAL DEFICIENCIES FOR PROPERTIES
ALONG LARK LANE .
WHEREAS , certain private improvements have been constructed
on lots which are subject to a deficiency, and
WHEREAS , the ten year period of amortization has not
expired , and
WHEREAS , Section 384 . 63 of State Code of Iowa , 1981 allows
collections of conditional deficiencies on lots where private
improvements have been constructed.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that conditional deficiencies be reinstated as follows :
