RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ILLINOIS
CENTRAL GULF RAILROAD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement No. A 11308 dated November 16 , 1981 , for railroad
crossing signals at Burton Avenue (#RRP-6643 ( 1 ) --8G-07, Crossing
No. 12877 ) and W. Donald Street (#RRP-67662 ( 1 ) --8G-07 , Crossing
No. 1730, by and between Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and the
City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 16th day of November, 1981 .
