RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR F. Y . 1982
PINEHURST DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ,
CONTRACT NO. 228.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc. , for the F. Y . 1982
Pinehurst Drainage Improvements , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
known as Contract No. 228 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the F . Y . 1982
Pinehurst Drainage Improvements , known as Contract No . 228 which
were preliminarily approved on November 2 , 1981 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on November
16 , 1981 , and no objections were made , now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc . , for the F . Y . 1982 Pinehurst Drainage Improvements , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa , known as Contract No . 228, be , and the
same are hereby , approved as filed .
Passed and adopted this 16th day of November , 1981 .
