RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
LOT 2, HOMESTEAD ADDITION FROM PERMANENT
PLANNING, INC . IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
HACKETT ROAD BY-PASS PROJECT .
WHEREAS , Lot 2, Homestead Addition is owned by Permanent
Planning , Inc. , and
WHEREAS , said property lies within the moratorium area for
Hackett Road By-Pass ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA that the City of Waterloo purchase Lot 2, Homestead
Addition from Permanent Planning , Inc . in the amount of
$27 , 190. 65 , plus seven ( 7 ) per cent interest from August , 1978 to
date of settlement .
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of November, 1981 .
