JEPPY MILLER , 2409 W . 8TH ST . , ANn AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ONF ( 1 ) TPWRARY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOYA: That , WhEREAS , '1'ev. Jerry Piller, ?409 P . 8th St . , has made written application to the City Council askino that he he authorized and permitted to construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if the sane may he subseeuently set on Liberty Add. , Wino , S 60 FT N 12o FT W 1h1 . 9 FT PIK 4 known as 2/109 W. eth Ft . ; and WHEREAS , it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , that said renuest should be granted, now, therefore , RF IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hPrehy grantee to Rev. Jerry iller to construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway in accordance with the existing contour of the ahuttinq land with the subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and the said Rev. Jerry tiller that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade he established for sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said Rev. Jerry Miller will immediately thereafter, and at his own exnense, remove all or whatever eortion of temporary asphalt driveway hp Hay have constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the sane in accordance with the permanent crade dS riay hereafter he set and established, the work to he done under the supervision of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the City Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk County ecorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official County Record. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA : That , WHEREAS , Rev . Jerry Miller , 2409 W . 8th St . , has made written application to the City Council asking that he be authorized and permitted to construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Liberty Add. , W ' loo , S 60 FT N 120 FT W 161 . 9 FT BLK 4 known as 2409 W . 8th St . ; and WHEREAS , it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , that said request should be granted, now, therefore , BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to Rev . Jerry Miller to construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and the said Rev . Jerry Miller that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for sidewalk purposes or otherwise , that the said Rev . Jerry Miller will immediately thereafter, and at his own expense , remove all or whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway he may have constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established , the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the City Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official County Record.
