A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SEWER RENTAL
FUND THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ( $ 470,000.00 ) TO THE DEBT SERVICE
FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1981-1982 Fiscal
Budget on March 3, 1981
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATE2L00, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the
amount of $ 470,000.00 from the Sewer Rental Fund to the
Debt Service Fund, for payment of sewer bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be
made.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of October 1981.
