RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF LEHMAN TRUCKING & EXCAVATING, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE F.Y. 1981 WARREN
DRIVE STORM SEWER OUTLET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 209.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Lehman Trucking & Excavating, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa for the F.Y. 1981 Warren Drive Storm Sewer Outlet
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 26th day
of October, 1981, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of October, 1981.
