RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
TWIN PINES (SOUTHLAND PARK) GENERALLY
DESCRIBED AS EASTERLY OF U.S. HIGHWAY
63 AND NORTH OF W. SHAULIS ROAD.
WHEREAS, a proposal had been forwarded to the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a site plan for Twin Pines
(Southland Park) generally described as easterly of U.S. Highway
63 and north of West Shaulis Road.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 19, 1981, at 7: 00
P.M. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the site plan for Twin Pines (Southland Park ) , be and the
same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of October, 1981, approved by the
Mayor this 28th day of October, 1981.
