RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF SUPPORT WITH
SHERMAN ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID LETTER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Support dated February 8, 2010, in conjunction
with the Russell Lamson Rehabilitation Project, 209 West 5th
Street, at an estimated cost of $10.7 million, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 2010.
