RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH D & L DEVELOPMENT CO. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 8, 2010, for the
development of a 5,800 square foot retail building generally
located at the northwest corner of Highway 63 and Heath Street
(just north of the Logan Hy -Vee), with a new minimum taxable
value of $1 million and tax rebates for 6 years at 100 percent,
by and between D & L Development Co. of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
