RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN ABANDONED STREETS
FROM THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY FOR F . Y . 1982
OILING PROGRAM , CONTRACT NO . 225 .
WHEREAS , certain streets included in the Resolution of Necessity
for F . Y . 1982 Oiling Program, Contract No. 225 , have been abandoned and
should be removed from the Public Improvement Program, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
that the following named streets and alleys , be, and the same are ,
hereby deleted from Resolution No. 1981-319 , as amended , being the
Resolution of Necessity for F . Y . 1982 Oiling Program, Contract No . 225 :
Delane Avenue from Martin Road to Sargeant Road
Dundee Avenue from University Avenue to Janney Avenue
Palmer Drive from Hale Street to Knox Drive
Park View Blvd. from Palmer Drive to Frances Drive
"T" alley bounded by Bayard Street , Vermont Street , West 4th
Street , and West 5th Street
Passed and adopted this 19th day of October, 1981 .
