RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1981-508
ADOPTED OCTOBER 12, 1981 BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on October 12, 1981 Resolution No. 1981-508 was adopted
authorizing the submission of an application to the U.S. Department of
Transportation for the purposes of a Ground Transportation Center, and
WHEREAS, said action cannot legally be taken until a public
hearing is conducted by the Council of the City of Waterloo on the draft
environmental analysis of said Ground Transportation Center, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
Resolution No. 1981-508 be rescinded.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of October, 1981 .
