RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOWELL
AVENUE AND SOUTH OF MITCHELL AVENUE IN
SHEFFIELD ADDITION AS NOVEMBER 9, 1981,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 9th day of November, 1981 for
the purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of property
legally described as the Lots 32-34, Sheffield Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, generally located on Lowell
Avenue and south of Mitchell Avenue with minimum bid of $750. 00,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of October, 1981 .
