RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INTEREST IN THE AMOUNT
OF $98. 63 FOR A WATER KILL .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , is
desirous of cancelling special assessment interest for a water
kill now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that the special assessment interest levied for a water
kill , Certificate No. 53- 12 , Parcel No. 92-0054-00-009-01 -2 be
cancelled, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Auditor of this Cancellation
of interest for Certificate No. 53-12 , Parcel No. 92-0054-00-009-01 -2.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of October , 1981 , approved
by the Mayor this 14th day of October, 1981 .
