RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 5 ,844 . 04
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
WALTER A. WOORE , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF
THE SEWER DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 17th day of November , 1981 , Walter A. Woore
will retire as an employee of the Sewer Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Walter A . Woore has accumulated 652 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , Walter A. Woore has earned and is entitled to 105
hours vacation pay , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , that Walter A. Woore be paid the total sum of $5 ,844 . 04
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be , and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Walter A. Woore.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 12th day of
October , 1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of October ,
1981 .
