RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR F. Y. 1981
WARREN DRIVE STORM SEWER OUTLET , CONTRACT
NO. 209.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the F . Y . 1981
Warren Drive Storm Sewer Outlet , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
known as Contract No. 209 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the F . Y . 1981 Warren
Drive Storm Sewer Outlet , known as Contract No . 209 which were
preliminarily approved on September 28 , 1981 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on October
12 , 1981 , and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc . , for the F . Y . 1981 Warren Drive Storm Sewer Outlet , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa , known as Contract No. 209, be, and the
same are hereby , approved as filed .
Passed and adopted this 12th day of October , 1981 .
