RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2, 843 . 08
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
DANA SWEENEY, TERMINATED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of October, 1981 , Dana Sweeney will
terminate as an employee of the Police Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Dana Sweeney has accumulated 44 days of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , Dana Sweeney has earned and is entitled to 12. 5
days vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , that Dana Sweeney be paid the total sum of $2 ,843 . 08 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Dana Sweeney.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 5th day of October,
1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 7th day of October , 1981 .
