RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY, APPROVING THE
TERMINATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROGER W. AND RUTH A.
FEISNER AND THE WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the
Public Housing Agency (Waterloo Housing Authority) to approve said Termination
Agreement,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the
aforesaid Termination Agreement is approved.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of October, 1981, approved by the Mayor
this 7th day of October, 1981.
