RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED PLANS FOR THE DESIGNATION OF AN
URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA FOR AN AREA
KNOWN AS THE FRANKLIN URBAN
REVITALIZATION AREA ( FURA) AS NOVEMBER 9 ,
1981 AT 7 : 00 P . M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCT CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P. M . on the 9th day of November, 1981 for the purpose
of considering the proposed plans for the designation of an Urban
Revitalization Area for an area known as the Franklin Urban
Revitalization Area ( FURA) , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of October , 1981 .
