' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , T0WA :

WHEREAS , Kim R . [oUrtney ^ 270 N. Hackett Road , has made
written application to the City Council asking that he be
authorized and uermitted to construct one / l \ temporary concrete
driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if
the 5dme may he 5uhseqVent1y set on Aud° UhYtney Road Plat Castle
Hill 1,J'a%erlo0 All Lot 50 exc. W. 25 ft. and, exc. S . 50 ft. K° 120
ft° known as 270 N. Hackett Rd. ; and

� 11,1HEKEAS, it is the sense of the Council of thp City of
Waterloo, Iowa , that said request should he nraMted , now,
therefore ,
RE IT FURTHER K[3OLV[P that permission is hereby granted to
Kim R . Courtney , 270 P. Hackett Road to construct one / 11
teTap0rary concrete driveway in accordance with the existing
contour of the abutting land with the sublieCtive understanding and
aqrpeaent between the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and the said Kim R .
Courtney that , should at a later dat9 a permanent formal nrade be
established for sidewalk ournOseS or otherwise , that the said Kim
R . Courtney will immediately thereafter, and at his own expense ,
remove all or �hatuvpr portion of temporary concrete driveway he
may have constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in
accordance with the permanent grade as may hereafter be Set and
established, the work to he done under the supervision of th? City
Engineer.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Slack Hawk County Recorder for recording and the nlQck Hdwh County
Auditor for filing in order that this said action may hecome a
matter of official County Ke-cord. I
