RESOLUTION ADOPTING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY ,
AS AMENDED, FOR THE F . Y . 1981 PAVING PROGRAM ,
CONTRACT NO . 219 .
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa to hear written and oral objections to the F . Y . 1981
Paving Program , Contract No . 219 , and
WHEREAS , numerous objectors were heard to the proposed program.
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA that the F . Y . 1981 Paving Program , Contract No . 219 be
and the same hereby abolished and no construction completed.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of September , 1981 .
