RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AUTO SALVAGE PERMIT
FOR WILBER'S AUTO SALVAGE YARD.
WHEREAS, Wilber 's Auto Salvage Yard has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa approve
Permit located south of Easton and east of Sheffieldto Avenueaand
legally described as follows:
Lots 22-27, Block 114 in Riverview Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 14, 1981 at
7 : 00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned permit, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special
permit for an auto salvage permit should be approved as proposed,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Auto Salvage Permit for Wilber's Auto Salvage
located south of Easton and east of Sheffield Avenue, be and the
same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of September, 1981,
approved by the Mayor this 16th day of September, 1981 .
