A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
LAWSUIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS
901-3-5- 7-9 LAFAYETTE STREET .
WHEREAS , the property described herein is in violation of the 1976
Uniform Building Code , particularly Section 302 , Paragraph 16 and
in violation of Fire Prevention Code , particularly Section 1 . 5
and
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA, that the City Attorney be instructed to file a law
suit and take any other further action that may be necessary .
The legal description of the parcel to be acquired is as follows :
Original Plat Waterloo East NW 19 1 /4 ft . Lot 10 ,
Block 25 NW 19 1/4 ft . SW 10 ft . Lot 7 , Block 25
Passed and adopted by the City Council this 8th day of September ,
1981 and approved by the Mayor this 10th day of September , 1981 .
