RESOLUTION APPROVING SANITARY SEWER
AGREEMENT WITH A. J. SAAK AND CITY OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Sanitary Sewer Agreement dated August 24, 1981, for property
located in Section 17-89-13 on Cardinal, by and between A. J. Saak
and City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1981 .
