DEED, CONTRACT AND PETITION & WAIVER FROM H &
F REALTY, INC. FOR FRONTAGE ROAD TO SERVE PROPOSED
NORTHEAST PROFESSIONAL CLINIC ON DONALD STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that
the Warranty Deed, Contract, Petition & Waiver dated September 1,
1981, from H & F Realty, Inc. conveying unto the City of Waterloo,

Section 12-89-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of said

line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 a distance of 33 . 00 feet
to the Northerly R-O-W line of East Donald Street, as now
