RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH KUM & GO 212, 117
E. SAN MARNAN DRIVE, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated February 15,
2010, in the amount of $1,500.00, in conjunction with settlement
of violation of tobacco laws, by and between Kum & Go 212, 117 E.
San Marnan Drive, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
