Council Member Del Bowers introduced the
following Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION DIRECTING
PREPARATION OF DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO, IOWA,
F.Y. 1981 PAVING PROGRAM NO. 2 (CONTRACT NO. 219 ) " and moved
that it be adopted. Council Member Frank Dowie
seconded the motion to adopt. The roll was called and the
vote was,
AYES: Getty, William, Roehr, Dowie,
Penaluna, Bowers and Burton.
NAYS: None
Whereupon, the Mayor declared the following Resolution
duly adopted: RES. NO. 1981-433
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO
BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO, IOWA, F.Y. 1981
PAVING PROGRAM NO. 2 (CONTRACT NO. 219 )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That the City Engineering Department, is hereby ordered
and directed to prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans
and specifications for the construction of the Waterloo , Iowa,
F.Y. 1981 Paving Program No . 2 (Contract No . 219 ) .
