RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
CERTAIN STATEMENT FOR WORK PERFORMED
AND MATERIAL FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS , a certain contractor has performed work and furnished
material in connection with various projects in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the
said contractor, as shown below :
F. Y . 1982 Cedar Terrace Area Paving Program,
Contract No . 226 , Schenk Engineering Company --
$631 . 40
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA : that
the above listed statement be paid on said contract for services
rendered in connection with the above listed contract , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa , and the Finance Director, be and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said contractor.
Passed and adopted this 24thday of August , 1981 .
