RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK HUMANE SOCIETY, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated August 24, 1981, for small animal control
within corporate limits of the City of Waterloo, by and between
Black Hawk Humane Society, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of August, 1981 .
