RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INCLUSION OF
TETON DRIVE IN THE F . Y . 1981 PAVING
PROGRAM NO. 2 , CONTRACT NO. 219 .
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo has proposed a paving program in
Klingaman Knolls known as the F . Y . 1981 Paving Program, Contract
No. 219 , and
WHEREAS , Teton Drive is not included in the program, but lies
adjacent to said proposed improvements , and
WHEREAS , Young Development Company has requested that said street
be included in said paving program and has remitted a check in the
amount of $7 , 606 . 37 to be held in escrow until completion of said
improvement , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO that Teton
Drive be included in the F . Y . 1981 Paving Program No. 2, Contract
No. 219 and the check in the amount of $7 , 606 . 37 be held in escrow
until project completion .
Passed and adopted this 24th day of August , 1981 .
