RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF
LEROY ROUSSELOW, TO REZONE FROM "R-2"
ONE & TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
"C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT A PARCEL OF
LAND GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF HOWARD
AVENUE AND WEST OF LAPORTE ROAD, AS
SEPTEMBER 14 , 1981, AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 14th day of September, 1981 for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Leroy
Rousselow to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District to "C-2" Comercial District a parcel of land generally
located north of Howard Avenue and west of LaPorte Road and
legally described as follows :
Lots 236, 237, 238, 239 and 240.
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of August, 1981 .
