RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR CASTLE HILL
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, HELEN ROAD
CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND RAILROAD CUT
SECTION 1 & 2, CONTRACT NO. 222.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Castle
Hill Drainage Improvements, Helen Road Culvert Replacement and
Railroad Cut Section 1 & 2, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known
as Contract No. 222, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Castle Hill
Drainage Improvements, Helen Road Culvert Replacement and Railroad
Cut Section 1 & 2, known as Contract No. 222 which were
preliminarily approved on August 3, 1981, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
24 , 1981, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements, Helen Road
Culvert Replacement and Railroad Cut Section 1 & 2 in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 222, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of August, 1981 .
