RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
STATEMENT FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL
FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, a certain contractor has performed work and furnished
material in connection with various projects in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the
said contractor, as shown below:
Sewer System Evaluation Survey - Brice, Petrides
& Associates, Inc. -- $22, 651 . 70
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that
the above listed statement be paid on said contract for services
rendered in connection with the above listed contract, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said contractor.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of August, 1981.
