BE IT RESOLVED BY TeE COUNCIL OF THE eTTY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :

WHEREAS, R. P. Jaehrline of 603 Hanna elvd, has made written
application to the City Council asking that he he authorized and
permitted to construct ece CI ) teeporary asphalt driveway without
respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and If the same way be
subsequently set on Hansen-Noble Addition, Waterloo, Lot 21 known
as 603 Hanna elvd. ; and
weEREAS , it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request shoell he erentce, now,
therefore,
8E IT FURTPER RESTLVED that permission 1 eereby granted to
R. P. Jaehrling to construct one ( I ) teoporary asphalt driveway In
accordance with the existing contour of the ebuttine lane with the
subjective understaneine and aereeeent between the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the said R . P. Jeehrling that , should at a
later date a permanent formal grade be established for sidewaU
purposes or otherwise , that the said R . P. Jaehrline will
ilmeelately thereafter, and at his own expense, revove all er
whatever portion of temporary aspealt driveway he 'AO, have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance
with the permanent erade as may hereafter he set and estatAishfd,
the work to be Onne under the supervision of the City Engineer.
8E IT FUPT4ER RESOLVED , teat the City Clerk is authorized
and clirected to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
!fleck Hawk County Recorder for recordine and the slack eawk County
Auditor for filing in order that this said actin may hecome
matter of official County ecore.
